This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from the official Lehaor website. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- Item is in unused, undamaged, and original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and all included items are intact
- Item has not been washed, modified, or disassembled
Non-returnable items include:
- Products damaged due to misuse or personal handling
- Requests submitted after the return period
- Items returned without authorization
2. Return Process
- Contact customer service at info@lehaor.com
- Provide order number and product photos
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Ship the item back to our warehouse
- Refund will be processed after inspection
3. Refund Policy
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
- Bank processing time: 5–10 business days depending on bank
Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to quality issues or wrong item shipped)
- Items not meeting return conditions will be rejected and returned
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged during transit (photo or unboxing video required)
5. Return Shipping Cost
- Customer remorse returns: customer pays shipping cost
- Quality-related returns: Lehaor covers shipping cost
6. Quality Control Notice
All products are inspected before shipment to ensure quality standards. Minor color differences or 1–2 cm measurement variations are normal due to materials and production processes and are not considered defects.
7. Brand & Fulfillment Transparency (Trust Building)
- Lehaor products are designed and manufactured in China
- All goods are shipped to and fulfilled from our US warehouse for final delivery
- Returns and after-sales support are handled through the US logistics center
